No Chase Pay
Window cleaning software
No Chase Pay is round and payment software for window cleaners. Your customers, your jobs and your prices sit in one place, and payment is collected by Direct Debit once you mark the clean done. No knocking back. No waiting on a transfer.
Cleaning the windows is the straightforward bit. Getting paid for it is what eats your evenings. You end up keeping a list in your head of who still owes you from three weeks ago, and the round runs on memory instead of on paper.
You have already done the windows. Now you are driving the same street twice because nobody was in when you knocked.
They meant it at the time. Two weeks later you are working out how to word a message that does not sound like you are nagging.
Some paid on the day, some paid for two, one paid the wrong amount. Working out who is straight and who is behind takes an evening you do not have.
No Chase Pay exists to take that whole job off you. You clean, it collects.
Setting it up is a one off. After that the only thing you do each day is mark your cleans complete.
Add your customers, what you clean for them, how often you go back and what you charge. Set someone to every four weeks or every eight and the job repeats on its own, so the diary fills itself instead of you rewriting it every month.
Link a GoCardless account from inside No Chase Pay. It is a short setup and you do not have to go off and configure anything separately. Once it is connected, Direct Debit is available to every customer on your round.
Send them a link, or put a letter or card through the door with a QR code on it. They scan it with their phone camera, put their details in and the Direct Debit is set up. You do not need to be there and there is no paperwork to carry.
Tap the job complete on your phone when you finish. Payment is collected from that customer without you asking for it. If one fails, No Chase Pay sends the customer a link to fix it and keeps the job flagged until it clears.
Keeping the round straight, and getting the money in. Everything in here serves one of those two.
Your customer sets up a Direct Debit through GoCardless and approves it one time. After that, payment for each clean is collected when you mark the job done. You are not sending reminders and they are not remembering to pay you.
Print the code on a letter, a card or a compliment slip and put it through the door. The customer scans it with their phone camera, fills their details in and they are set up. It works whether or not anyone is home when you call.
Today's jobs in sequence, ticked off as you go. Customers, addresses, prices and how often you return are all held in one place, so the round is written down properly rather than carried around in your head.
A failed Direct Debit does not just disappear. The customer is sent a link to put it right, the clean stays marked as unpaid until it clears, and you can see exactly who is outstanding rather than finding out months later.
Every round is set up a bit differently, so the useful thing is a conversation rather than a sign up page. Give us a ring and we will show you how No Chase Pay would work with the customers you already have.
No. Put a handful of customers in first, get them set up on Direct Debit and see how it goes. You can bring the rest across whenever you are happy with it, a street at a time if you want.
You can still mark a clean as paid in cash. The job is recorded either way, so the round and your records stay right whether the money came in by Direct Debit or out of someone's hand.
No. They either follow a link you send them or scan the QR code with their phone camera. Everything happens in their browser and takes a couple of minutes.
Collection is triggered when you mark the clean complete. GoCardless takes it from the customer's account by Direct Debit and pays it through to your bank.
The customer is sent a link to put it right and the clean stays marked as unpaid until it clears. It stays visible to you rather than quietly slipping off the list.
Yes. You can add team members, set which days they work and give them the jobs for the day, so everyone knows what they are doing without a group chat.
